NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN:

That the Port Sheldon Township Board will meet at the Port Sheldon Township Office, 16201 Port Sheldon Street, West Olive, Michigan on Wednesday, the 9th day of March, 2022 at 5:30 p.m. to hold a public hearing on the proposed Township budget for fiscal year April 1, 2022 – March 31, 2023. The property tax millage rate proposed to be levied to support the proposed budget will be a subject of this hearing. A copy of the budget is available for public inspection at the Port Sheldon Township Office, 16201 Port Sheldon Street, West Olive, Michigan the day prior to the meeting.

This notice is posted in compliance with Public Act 267 of1976 as amended (Open Meetings Act). MCL41.72a (2)(3) and the Americans With Disabilities Act.
