From the Wyoming Water Plant Superintendent: “It was brought to our attention that the township newsletter contains incorrect information about well assessments along the construction route. It states that every well will be performance tested and that is not the case. We are providing the performance testing for the wells that the engineer’s hydraulic analysis identified to have potential impact from dewatering. We are also providing support services for locations that experience disruption as a result of the construction process.”

The Port Sheldon Fire Department will be hosting Fire Prevention Night this year on Monday, October 6th. The fire station will be open from 6-8pm. Pizza, pop, water and ice cream will be provided! Stop by the fire station on Port Sheldon Street, east of the township hall and check out the fire trucks, gear, displays and get some cool stuff for the kids. We hope to see you there!
Reminder: Summer taxes are due on Monday, September 15th at 5:00pm. The office is closed on Fridays, so please use the Township drop-box for payment over the weekend
