To conduct a workshop to review and discuss the Application Fee Schedule for Port Sheldon Township.

This notice is posted in compliance with PA 267 OF 1976 as amended (Open Meetings Act, MCLA 41.72 a (2) (3) and the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA).
The Port Sheldon Township board will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services, such as signers for the hearing impaired and audio tapes of printed materials being considered at the meeting, to individuals with disabilities as the meeting or public hearing upon a one day notice to the Port Sheldon Township Board.
We have been informed that due to the mild winter and warm spring, Pigeon Lake is ready for a treatment early. The team from PLM will be out on Tuesday May 28th to conduct the first treatment of the season. There will be a 1-day swimming and 3-day irrigation restriction associated with this treatment. Please take notice that a Public Hearing will be held at the Port Sheldon Township Hall, 16201 Port Sheldon Street, West Olive, Michigan, by the Port Sheldon Township Planning Commission on May 22, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. to hear and consider the following matter(s):
A request from Dan Leeuw of R&D Resources, LLC for a Site Plan Review for changes to original site plan of storage buildings at 14529 Gardner Street, West Olive, MI 49460. Parcel# 70-11-12-283-005
Any persons interested in these matters may appear at such hearings in person or by agent or attorney. Written comments will be received at the Township Office until the night of the hearing. Copies of the application and other documentation are on file at the township office for public inspection during regular business hours.
