Kouw Park Stairs are currently closed
The Kouw Park stairs to the beach are currently closed due to some erosion from the last storm a week ago. We are working to repair the stairs, as well as place preventative measures to prevent further erosion. If you have any questions, please let us know!

PORT SHELDON TOWNSHIP ABSENTEE VOTER COUNTING BOARD made up of 2 Republican Inspectors and 2 Democrat Inspectors will be counting the ballots received by the Township on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, (ELECTION DAY).
The Inspectors will be provided the Oath of Office after their arrival at 6:00AM and the counting process will begin at 7:00AM in the Township Hall Office.

The meeting will consist of going through the ordinance, the registration form, fees associated, and questions. ABSENT VOTER BALLOT AVAILABILITY NOTICE:
The shipment of a majority of our absent voter ballots is delayed. This delay is due to litigation by a presidential candidate at the state level which resulted in delayed approval of our ballots by the Bureau of Elections. Ballots are expected to arrive the week of September 30th; however, our ballot printing vendor has not confirmed the ship date.
As soon as ballots are received, an update to our website and township Facebook page will be made, and ballots will be immediately available during our office hours.
