NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PORT SHELDON TOWNSHIP ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
Please take notice that a Public Hearing will be held on Wednesday, November 4, 2026, at 5:30 pm at the Port Sheldon Township Hall found at 16201 Port Sheldon Street, West Olive Michigan. The public hearing is for the Port Sheldon Township Zoning Board of Appeals to hear and consider the following matters:
1.The request from Billy and Annette Perez for a variance from Section 4.27, 4.11 of the Port Sheldon Township Zoning Ordinance. Parcel 70-11-21-148-001 – Address: 17281 College Ave, West Olive, MI 49460
2.The request from Nathan and Diane Eovaldi for a variance from Section 5.04 (2) of the Port Sheldon Township Zoning Ordinance. Parcel: 70-11-04-104-013 – Address: 17218 Hidden Treasure, West Olive, MI 49460
Any person interested in these matters may appear at such hearings in person or by agent or attorney. Written comments will be received at the Township Office until the night of the hearing. Copies of the application and other documentation are on file at the township office for public inspection during regular business hours.
