At its July 27 meeting, the Township Planning Commission elected to make some changes to the draft Zoning Ordinance. Specifically, they decided to remove the proposed “Neighborhood Commercial” zoning district from the draft Ordinance. This means that properties that were proposed to be rezoned to Neighborhood Commercial will now remain in their original zoning designation.
The revised zoning ordinance is available for review by clicking here. The zoning map will be unchanged; you can review the existing zoning map by visiting our documents page.
The Planning Commission will hold another public hearing on August 24 to receive additional public input regarding the proposed Zoning Ordinance.
